Hotel-Gasthof Goldener Greifen

Came here for xmas, had great 2 days overall. I booked an a double room with central heating, a flat-screen TV and a seating area. My favorite property in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

Certainly a very good experience for one night in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The hotel was overall clean and quaint, I liked its great location and food. The room was reasonably sized with comfortable beds and had central heating, multi-channel TV and a seating area.

Romantic hotel, all of the staff were professional and more than adequate, best possible location right off old town square. The rooms were with 4 beds.

It exceeded high expectations, had a pleasant stay in a very special town. The staff were welcoming and helpful hole time of my stay. The restaurant was good with a beautiful external area here, I had delicious dishes.

Exceptional hotel where a rich breakfast was served. The gardens were nice and our room was huge and brand-new;)))

This quiet little, fairly clean property has tasty continentalbreakfasts and courteous staff.

The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The property is situated in the heart of the city, not too far away from Rothenburg Town Hall.

There's mold in some areas.

We would come here again, if traveling to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We appreciated this place, it's traditional.

I loved that hotel's reception was friendly. Staff was willing to help and overall they are highly skilled people. Generally everything was well-maintained, though the bathroom was damaged.

Huge rooms, good bed, best personnel. European style hotel with simple furniture in the rooms. Beautiful, top location so close to the centre of the old town as well as Plonlein.

The hotel was clean and stunningly beautiful, enjoyed the soft beds. Super comfy bedroom and compact bathroom. We were offered reasonable breakfast with ample assorted items. Free hot juices, wines, beers and red wine in the main bar, ample parking place.

Super central location, friendly service and bountiful breakfast choices. The decoration was contemporary, individual room. Really loved the bed, it was comfy. Interesting interior, fabulous restaurant. All in all a quaint little hotel and enjoyable stay.

Amazing building, warm rooms and amazing restaurant. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. A private parking was available outside, brilliant services. Location was impeccable, 5 min walk from bus station.

I had a really really nice stay here, outstanding value for money. Unbeatable location, cordial staff and large breakfast. Plenty of supplies in the room : terrace, power sockets and closet space. I found brand-new Ratsstube restaurant within short walking distance to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

My room had really bad view.

usual rooms, the best location. there were wifi, terrace and microwave in the room, loved that. the staff was appalling and check in was easy. plunge pool kept us happy, it was clean.

This is a fair and immaculately clean property with wonderful location and staff. Luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet bedroom.

I spent a very nice time here, would recommend to anyone. Convenient hotel, really kind staff, cozy room. The service here was perfect too. Not to mention strong wifi! Very central location, not too far away from toppler castle.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. A so convenient hotel with a stunning restaurant and exceptional food. They made my stay superb! And it also had spectacular view. There was a small garden in the venue The hotel was in a top location.

Rooms and hotel are nice clean. Big size suite and perfectly comfortable bed.

Hotel's waiter is one of the top employees! Don't forget to dine at Restaurant Roter Hahn, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we truly enjoyed it.

It's comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We liked our good sized room. Besides, we parked the car on-site.

Friendly staff and a GOOD breakfast. We dined at Zum Schwan, that is just 200 feet away. Take a look at Rothenburg Old Town neighborhood, it's worth it.

We appreciated the room, it was good sized. We could have lunch in Baumeisterhaus set within 100 feet...
